Refunds and Exchange
You have a seven working days cooling off period after purchase. During this period you may cancel or return your order. The seven days period begins on the day you receive the products.
If you wish to return a product and receive a refund you can request this by contacting Mermaids UK.
When an item is being returned the following conditions must be met:
1. Contact us to request a refund before sending the item back.
2. The item sent back must be in the same condition as it was received.
Once we have received the returned goods we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. You, the customer, are responsible for the delivery cost when returning an item unless the item was faulty or was damaged during transit.
However you the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost of the item being returned unless the item was faulty or damaged in transit.
We check all orders before dispatching them and package each carefully to avoid damage during transit, however, if for any reason the item is damaged upon arrival please let us know within 48 hours otherwise we will not accept responsibility.
No refunds or returns are accepted outside the United Kingdom.
